At Blessed Envelopes, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of the information you submit to us. We want your use of the Blessed Envelopes web site, and the services we offer, to be productive and safe.

We would like you to know:

  • We may use your email address, mailing address and/or phone number to contact you regarding new product offerings and other aspects of your use of the Blessed Envelopes web site. If, however, you do not wish to receive such communications, you have the ability to "opt-out" at any time.
  • In order to take payment for your order, we collect credit card information. To maintain the highest level of security, your credit card information is encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology. SSL is secure server software that makes it impossible for anyone else to see any information passed between your web browser and our web server. Blessed Envelopes uses your credit card information for the sole purpose of accepting payment for your order.

Our guarantee is simple and straightforward:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, just let us know by e-mail or phone.

We accept returns, regardless of reason, within 21 days of customer receipt. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns, which will be waived if a replacement order is placed. A credit for order amount, minus freight and the restocking fee (if applicable) will be issued to the credit card used to place the order within 5 days of receipt and inspection of your return. Returns must be in re-sellable condition, or a credit will not be given. The carton that the envelopes come in are part of the product, so please do not discard, deface, write on, or destroy the carton.

You may use whatever delivery service you choose (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Obtain a tracking number so you can verify that we receive the return. Blessed Envelopes WILL REFUSE delivery of any C.O.D. package.

If a customer sends back a return that is not eligible for a credit, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the freight if they would like the product sent back again.
